Application Eligibility

The applicant must be a citizen of India. The applicant must be an Adult i.e. complete at least 18 years of age on the date of application.
Applicant can apply separately also for allotment of spouse and other family members.
The applicant must have a Savings Account in any Bank & the Bank Account number and IFSC are required in the application form. It is mandatory to fill all the details of the Bank so that the registration amount of Unsuccessful Applicants can be refunded, otherwise the applicant himself will be responsible for not getting the registration amount back to the Applicant's account.
In case of non-fulfilment of eligibility conditions and eligibility criteria or in case of an incompletely filled application the developer reserves the right to reject any such application without any notice to the applicant.

Process of Allotment

The allottees will be selected through a draw of lots through computer for allotment. The list of successful applicants will be available on the main notice board of the above offices.
Welcome and allotment letter will be sent to successful applicants through registration post / speed post.
Applicants will have to bring 10% of the total cost of the plot through Cheque/DD on the date of allotment. In case of successful allotment, they have to be deposited at the same time.
